How to apply for BC PNP Tech Stream?
Applicants can register online and get a registration score once they have chosen a suitable category.
The BC PNP will hold a tech draw each week to invite the top-scoring technology sector registrants to apply (subject to processing capacity).
A complete online application must be submitted by invited candidates 30 days after the invitation date. A fee of CAD 700 should be initiated towards the government.
The application will be handled by the BC PNP with the first priority.
If accepted, the candidate will be given a nomination, which they can use to submit a petition for Canada permanent residence.
A work permit support letter will be provided to those who have been nominated and fulfill the requirements of their nomination in order for them to apply for a new work permit or renew their current one, allowing them to continue working during the application process.
