Quebec invited 1633 applicants in the latest Quebec PNP draw

Quebec conducted its tenth immigration draw on July 20th, 2023, and released the results on July 24th. During this draw, the Quebec Ministry of Immigration extracted profiles from the Arrima Bank on July 17th at 6:30 a.m. A total of 1633 applicants received invitations to apply for Permanent Selection based on labor market needs and integration potential. After submission, successful applicants will have approximately six months to obtain a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ).

What is the eligibility criteria to apply for the Quebec PNP draw?

The invitations were extended to individuals who met the following requirements:
  • Attained a level 7 or higher oral proficiency in French as per the Échelle québécoise des niveaux de compétence en français des personnes immigrantes adultes (Québec scale of French proficiency levels for adult immigrants) or its equivalent.
  • Achieved a score equal to or greater than 596 points.
  • Possess a valid job offer outside the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal territory.

How to immigrate to Quebec?

To immigrate to Quebec in 2023, follow these steps:

Quebec Invites 619 immigrants in latest Quebec PNP Draw - Peerless Immigration

On March 22, 2023, the Canadian province of Quebec published the results of the draw held on March 16, 2023. This was the fourth draw, conducted by the Quebec Ministry of Immigration in the year 2023. This draw was extracted from the Arrima Bank on March 13, 2023, at 6:30 a.m.

In this draw, a total of 619 applicants were invited to apply for Permanent Selection. Invitations were issued based on labor market needs and immigrants’ integration potential. Following submission, successful applicants will have an average of six months to obtain a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ). The following are the eligibility requirements for being invited to submit a Permanent Selection application:

NOC 2282 – User support technicians

NOC 2171 – Information systems analysts and consultants

NOC 2174 – Computer programmers and interactive media developers

NOC 0213 – Computer and information systems managers

NOC 2281 – Computer network technicians

NOC 2147 – Computer engineers (except software engineers and designers)

NOC 2241 – Electrical and electronics engineering technologists and technicians

NOC 2173 – Software engineers and designers

NOC 2175 – Web designers and developers

NOC 2172 – Database analysts and data administrators

NOC 5241 – Graphic designers and illustrators

NOC 5225 – Audio and video recording technicians

NOC 5223 – Graphic arts technicians

NOC 4031 – Secondary school teachers

NOC 4032 – Elementary school and kindergarten teachers

NOC 3012 – Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses

NOC 3413 – Nurse Aides, orderlies, and patient service associates

NOC 3233 – Licensed practical nurses

NOC 2131 – Civil engineers

NOC 2141 – Industrial and manufacturing engineers

NOC 2132 – Mechanical engineers

NOC 2133 – Electrical and electronics engineers

NOC 2231 – Civil engineering technologists and technicians

NOC 2232 – Mechanical engineering technologists and technicians

NOC 2233 – Industrial engineering and manufacturing technologists and technicians

NOC 2144 – Geological engineers

NOC 2143 – Mining engineers

NOC 4214 – Early childhood educators and assistants

  • The applicants must have 578 points or more to be eligible.

  • And, they had a legitimate job offer that was outside the boundaries of the Communauté métropolitaine de Montréal.

In accordance with Section 26 of the Québec Immigration Regulation (CQLR, chapter I-0.2.1, r. 3) and Section 47 of the Québec Immigration Act, the Minister of Immigration, Francization, and Integration has also invited 4 people to submit an application for permanent selection as of January 1, 2023, in addition to the invitations listed in the aforementioned table (CQLR, chapter I-0.2.1).

In the First Quebec Draw of 2023, 1011 Invitations Issued

On February 15th, 2023, the Canadian province of Quebec published the results of the draw held on February 9th, 2023. This is the first Quebec arrima draw of 2023, conducted by the Quebec Ministry of Immigration in the year 2023.

In this draw, a total of 1011 applicants were invited to apply for Permanent Selection. Invitations were issued based on labor market needs and immigrants’ integration potential.

Following submission, successful applicants will have an average of six months to obtain a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ). These invites were sent to those who met the following requirements:

They either met the Quebec latest draw cut-off of the 619-point threshold or had a score of at least that amount, or
They received a legitimate job offer from a location outside the Montréal Metropolitan Area.


As of January 1, 2023, in addition to the invitations listed in the table above, the Minister of Immigration, Francization, and Integration also extended an invitation to one person to submit an application for permanent selection in accordance with Sections 26 of the Québec Immigration Regulation (CQLR, chapter I-0.2.1, r. 3) and Section 47 of the Québec Immigration Act (CQLR, chapter I-0.2.1).
