On April 17, 2023; 28 people were asked to apply in the most recent Manitoba PNP draw.
In accordance with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s special immigration measures for those affected and as part of the Manitoba government’s response to the situation in Ukraine, the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program will hold routine EOI draws for people who satisfy all MPNP eligibility requirements and are impacted by the ongoing events in Ukraine.
At the 13th Expression of Interest (EOI) draw for skilled immigrants, 28 skilled immigrants received Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) for immigration to Manitoba.

How to apply for Manitoba PNP as a skilled worker overseas?
- Make an Expression of Interest (EOI) profile.
- Upon receiving the Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA), submit a full application to MPNP.
- Your profile will be evaluated by the MPNP officer.
- You will receive a nomination by the MPNP once the profile has passed the evaluation successfully.
- Now you have a set timeline of 180 days from the date of nomination to apply for a Canada PR Visa.
How to find the Manitoba PNP Eligibility for Skilled Workers Overseas?
- Applicant must prove that he or she is a citizen of Ukraine
- Applicant must possess a CLB 4 or higher in each language band
- They also must have a proven link to Manitoba (close relative, family-like, community, prior job, or studies in Manitoba);
- Possess the necessary qualifications for the Skilled Worker Overseas pathway, including a valid language exam,
- Applicant must score at least 60 points on the MPNP assessment scale, and
- Have the ability to complete all other requirements, including adequate settlement funds.
